"It would be perfect if there is a filtered water dispenser on each floor, e.g. by the ice machine. I don't use ice, but try to drink large quantity of water during the summer. I used the canned water for decaffeinated coffee. Providing herbal (caffeine free tea/infusion) would be great!"

"excellent value with my harbour view room on 24th floor, watching activity on the famous Victoria Harbour and those lighted buildings at night while I was enjoying my cup of coffee in my room. However, the shower was a bit of tidy. The friendly housekeeping lady cleaned my room well daily. I had excellent food at restaurant on 5th floor. the waiter, Peter, was excellent, attentive service and very friendly."

"Had a wonderful stay here. Check-in was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were friendly, had our room ready early, and explained all the hotel amenities without us having to ask. No long waits, no hassle with paperwork. Overall, a comfortable and well-run property with a team that clearly cares about guest experience. Would happily stay again and recommend it to others."
