"We went a little late in the season so we were unable to experience all of the amenities but it was still an amazing experience. The property was beautiful and the two ladies who helped at the front desk were amazing. Our room was beautiful and the beds were super comfy. My only complaint would be a bloated, dead raccoon that had washed up on the shore of the lake, but that is out of their control. Just grossed us out a little. Will definitely be returning next year."

"Loved the relaxing fireplace in the lobby, the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, super fast check-in and check-out and our room was nice. Overall, a perfect night spent in La Crosse!"

"The room and hot tub in our suite were extremely clean. The staff were very professional and easy to interact with and very willing to help with anything you need to make your stay the best possible. It was my second time staying with them and it keeps getting better and better. I love this place and highly recommend it to everyone. Business or pleasure it's the best. Check it out for yourself. Thank you to all the lovely staff."

"We had a second tier duplex cabin with a screen porch. Very relaxing with the rocking chairs. Apparently smoking is available on the porch because there was an ashtray for use. Our bed was comfortably firm. Bath and bed linens were posh but pillows needed upgrading. Only a reading light on one side of the bed. Bathroom floor was heated!! The ambience was 1950’s+ and very well done. Cruiser bikes, heated pool, SUP boards. Includes breakfast (great coffee) dinner at the restaurant on the property. Reasonable prices. Parked next to our cabin. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Fall pumpkins, gourds and plants made us feel special and pampered. Enjoyed a peaceful, family time. Thanks for the memories!!"

"Such a convenient location for a hotel would make one think it would be exclusively priced, but I found the accommodations to be reasonably priced. The location was extremely close to the excursion I had scheduled in La Crosse, and I was aware that it was positioned to be the hotel of choice for big events in the city. The premises were well updated and impeccably clean. I enjoyed the hot tub and observed many people making use of the heated pool. Although I traveled this time without my pets, I saw others with pets on the premises and would have appreciated having a dog-friendly hotel on a different circumstance. I would book a room here again."
