A hotel with an excellent location and friendly staff

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful- friendly, kind and helpful. One of the front desk staff, Telma, particularly went out of her way to help us and did so with a constant smile while humming a happy tune. Highest possible recommendation for this awesome hotel.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Leonardo at the front desk was able to get us into our room early for a smooth check in. the room was clean and the best were super comfortable. This is our second time staying here and we love their cocktails especially the porn star martini, a must have and whenever possible we will come back. So close to the train station.

This was probably the nicest hotel in a long trip to Europe. The room was huge and immaculate. It was in short walking distance to a lot of nice sites and places to eat. The bus stop was nearby. Our room even had a jacuzzi bathtub and a large shower. The price was very reasonable, but it might have been low due to covid. One negative was the price and quality of the food at the restaurant. Lots of price for little quality.

The pods are comfortable and the open area in the room although it is small gives you ample room to store your luggage and get changed. The price for food in the hotel is a little high but not unusual for Rotterdam. If you want alternatives for food there are plenty of choices near by. It is also close to both the metro and the tram.

Great apartment in the middle of the city. Very modern with fantastic city views. Even parking the car was a fun experience having to drive your car in and out an elevator! The full kitchen and the availability of a washer and dryer was great. Only negative I could find was the fact that the apartment doesn't have AC. Although advertised as having AC they only have a floor cooling system that we had on but didn't cool down the apartment. All things considered, I would definitely stay here again....

We loved our stay here! We were only in Rotterdam for two nights, so the close proximity of this hotel to the metro and all the sights was perfect. It was also close to some good restaurants including a pizza place on the corner that was excellent. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was so nice, and they were always helpful and willing to chat about the city. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a very nice conversation over wine with two of the night workers. We enjoyed...

Really enjoyed the apartment - for the size of the space it does feel like there should be two full bathrooms, but other than that no complaints

Great quiet plsce for a good night of rest in your stay in the city. Really close to the center qhere everything is, from city landmarks, stores, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Easy walk from the railway station. Nice quiet street, yet close to shops. Very good breakfast including cooked to order eggs. Decent size rooms. Only downside was iffy Wifi. Especially as the tv is streamed. Would definitely stay here again.
