"Beautiful modern room. Double jacuzzi bath in room. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival, mini fridge restocked daily. We loved looking over the square and opening the windows and listening to the square noise. Staff were all very accommodating and found us an adapter to plug when we had forgotten ours. They were all very friendly. Nice breakfast provided. Hotel is in the perfect location we shall stay here again. "

"The location was spot on with the tram service meters from the hotel; which took you all over the city. There is a huge shopping centre 5 minutes walk. The food was excellent, nourishing, good choice of items. The staff went overboard to make sure I had food to take out when needed and there was 24 hour reception which made me feel safer (not that I felt unsafe in the area). My room was clean, warm and comfortable with free wifi so that I could log into programmes I loved back home. There...
