"Such a disappointment. The room had an unpleasant odor with water present on the floor. I notified the desk clerk and invited her to investigate the matter. She declined to come to the room, but she indicated that she was aware of the source of the wet floor, therefore, I can't understand why she allowed the room to be available. She reassigned me to another room only to find that it had no soap. Upon my return to her desk to request soap she appeared annoyed and asked me if the room clean? She provided the soap. I requested a blanket which she stated that the blankets were currently being cleaned. I had to make several trips to the desk before I was finally provided a blanket. Never again for me..."

"Coffee pot didn’t work, could’ve deep cleaning"

"It was ok, nothing special. Lobby coffee was cold and not good. Don't understand why its extra for parking, they have the parking lot like every other business. "

"The staff was extremely attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. However the building has aged considerably and repairs are needed from chairs i In guest room (wobbly), walls in guest room was patched poorly, etc… I would stay again for a quick budget overnight stay. If I’m in town for a few days, I would spend an extra $100 per night for a better maintained building."
