"Hotel is fine and in a good location. There is no reception so any problems and you have to send a WhatsApp. They were very slow at responding to us when the locker at the entrance malfunctioned and our bag was trapped inside. In fact there was no response at all from the Spanish WhatsApp number and so we tried a German one. They replied and assured us that someone would help in 5 to 10 minutes. It Tok over an hour to actually retrieve the bag. They also left us the half drunk water cartons from the previous guest, and again, it took a long time to get new unopened ones. Im going to avoid hotels that have no one on site to help."
