"Mixed feelings about this place. Not all bad but not very good. Room was COLD asked many times for another heater they didnt have one. Asked maintenance to fix the heater in the room it was blowing cold air. He came pressed some buttons said its working then left. It was not working. There is no spa so they should removed that from the title. No bathrobes. Almost all tv channels didt come in and games room is in terrible condition with all doors open. "From booking through the return from our excursion, the overall experience was excellent. The property is well maintained and professionally managed, with staff who are welcoming and attentive from arrival. Consistent with what one might expect from an ITC-associated property, Storii blends local cultural touches with attentive hospitality and quality cuisine. The newly built rooms combine local design with modern amenities and offer scenic views of the apple valley. One area for improvement: I'd booked via Hotels.com with "Pay at Property," but received multiple pre-arrival calls requesting 50% upfront payment. Staff were courteous each time, but on arrival, the full stay was charged immediately at check-in — defeating the purpose of that booking option. Not a dealbreaker, but future guests should confirm payment terms directly with the property before booking. The approach road is still under construction, though the property itself is fully accessible and operates at full capacity. Staff were proactive in managing any resulting inconvenience, ensuring guests could arrive and depart safely and comfortably."

"We had a marvelous experience at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was excellent with plenty of options. There was ample parking space for our car. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Amenities were exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Reception staff particularly Tamana and Anuradha were friendly and very helpful. The service they provided was impeccable. Restaurant staff were largely not as attentive/helpful bar one member of staff who served us on our first day. Tables were not cleaned promptly between services. The service in the restaurant was off putting to say the least."
