"There was no breakfast included and the only parking options is Valet parking for a fee of $30 per night. However, my stay felt luxurious and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is also convenient to lots of things to eat and there is a lot of police patrols which makes you feel very safe. "

"Room was clean had a nice view of the pool. No complimentary water in the room. A fan was provided in lieu of poor air conditioning. The TV was not a smart TV… these amenities are pretty basic in other hotels in the same area with a lower nightly rates. You are not allowed food from outside the hotel in the pool area even though their kitchen and bar close early. "

"Property was nice amd cozy, accommodated our family of 5 great. Parking in rear with entrance was perfect amd private. Alex communcated great amd fast. 5/5 recommend "

"This was a nice hotel. We did have a bit of an odd experience. My husband encountered an incredibly drunk individual directly off the elevator on our floor at about 10 - 10:30 at night. This person wasn’t staying at the hotel, but apparently came to the hotel to go to the bar that is on the rooftop. He was so drunk, he was unconscious, so my husband called hotel staff, who contacted 911. It wasn’t a great situation as he was throwing up all over the place, and in and out of consciousness. They ended up taking the man to the hospital. My husband stayed during the whole thing. They took my husband’s information, but we never heard from hotel staff to apologize, or thank him for finding this guy. Very odd. I’m not sure I was say this is a family friendly hotel. At the pool, we encountered folks vaping, drinking, and scantily clad. If I ever return to El Paso, I would probably look elsewhere. Breakfast isn’t included, and there isn’t much in terms of stores around the hotel. Overall, the staff was great and friendly, just not sure it was what I was expecting. "

"The house location perfect, close to airport and eateries. If your staying in all cooking needing for a meal is available. "

"The Host was not attentive, the place itself was just what the picture showed me, but it reeked of cat urine. I don’t believe there was a cat ever inside the rental, but I believe that cats have managed to crawl under the crawlspace. There were Airwick plug-ins in every room, leading me to believe that they knew this was a problem. I had to purchase more room spray deodorant to make it bearable. It was important for me to stay in that area. One other thing the rental did not have a washcloth of which I had to go purchase. "
