This is a good quality 3 star hotel. Not sure of they have double beds as we had twins pushed together, which was a bit annoying. The food and drink are good, and the location is excellent. The room/suite is huge with all amenities you would need. Would stay here again. Suitable for couples, friends and families.

Very enjoyable, family friendly experience! I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-3.5 star, because the rooms are a little dated. The highlight was the pool, the kids spent hours there. The staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was a nice treat and convenient in the morning, with different selection each day. We didn't do all inclusive, but the food at the resort was very affordable, e.g. an entree and a drink for only 9 Euros. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, no frills and good value!

We've stayed 7 nights, I really liked the staff - very friendly and kind. The only thing I didn't like is that in Expedia's gallery the rooms were looking different than in what room we were actually. I really advise you to rent a car via justrentals because the hotel is around 20km from the airport, also you will want to see the most popular beaches like Elafonissi and Balos which are far from the hotel as well. :)

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. My friend and I were lucky enough to be able to book a week long holiday to Crete in August. We were reading reviews about Creta Palm and thought that it would be a good choice of hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely welcome. The reception staff were friendly and informative. You can see straight away that all the necessary safety precautions have been taken - sanitising stations / plastic screens etc. We arrived in our room which was spotless. The linen was clean and honestly there was nothing to fault about the room. The air conditioning was free and powerful. Extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe if needed. A safe for a fee and a large balcony. We booked a one bedroom apartment with a sea / pool view. There’s also a kitchenette with a friend and enough cutlery / glassware for a family. We booked half board and would recommend this. There was a huge choice of food for breakfast both hot and cold food. The dinner buffet also had a great selection that was delicious. The menu for each day was nicely displayed at the entrance to our apartment block. The one thing that really makes this hotel so nice is the staff. Every single of one of them were exceptional. (With a special mention for Stella in the restaurant.) If you’re looking for a relaxing get away with a friendly atmosphere that has something for everyone, Creta Palm should be top of the list. Trés bon accueil mais difficultés pour se faire comprendre si on ne parle pas anglais. Merci Google traduction! L'hôtel est propre, bien situé par rapport à La Canée. Plage accessible par passerelle très bien conçue. Avions une voiture de location, indispensable pour visiter, nous pouvions nous garer très facilement à l'hôtel ou dans la rue (gratuitement) Restauration très correcte, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le bémol,pour nous, a été de trouver les 2 piscines non chauffées et assez froides en cette fin de saison.

Vero hotel 4 stelle quasi di lusso, camera grande appartamento con angolo cottura nascosto. La struttura fornisce pensione completa o mezza pensione con un ristorante buonissimo di qualità. Personale estremamente curato, gentile e disponibile. Per una famiglia con bambini é perfetto, con spiaggia convenzionata, sicura e mare bellissimo. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

Uima-allas hyvä, tosin vähän ruuhkainen. Rannalla oleva baari oikein kiva. Vakiohenkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin ilta buffet aika surkea, "lämmin" ruoka yleensä korkeintaan haaleaa. Wifi pätkii aikalailla mutta lomatarpeisiin riittävä.

Restauration peu qualitative non digne d'un 4 étoiles surtout le soir. Ambiance cantine. Buffet répétitif et peu recherché, aliments low cost Personnel en sous effectif débarrassage bruyant. Pas de carte des boissons et choix très limité. Studio: draps déposés sur les lits à faire soi-même chaque jour. Matelas correct sans plus. 2 lits simples a la place d'un double 2 Belles piscines, mais interdiction d'utiliser les serviette de l'hôtel a la piscine.

Ottimo struttura con 2 ampie piscine. Molto spazio e camere molto grandi e di recente fattura. Forse il bagno andrebbe ammodernato togliendo la vasca. Comodo parcheggio sotto la camera. La cena a buffet un po deludente, poca varietà.
