Top Charlotte Hotel Reviews

Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End

10/10 Excellent

"The room was a little bit broken down. The sofa chair was peeling at the arm rests, the bathroom caulk was stained, the gourmet was dirty upon arrival, and the shower handle was coming off. This didn’t really bother me much, the remains stuck to the toilet bowl went down after flushing a couple times and the condition of the room didn’t affect the quality of my stay as I spent most of the two days exploring charlotte. I did intentionally look for the cheapest rate possible, so the state of the room, aside from the toilet, wasn’t too surprising. The rest of the hotel was very pretty and looked well maintained. The staff at the front desk was nice, and the kitchen staff was very friendly! The breakfast was really worth it and the location of the hotel was honestly great for the purpose of my trip which was a concert at the spectrum center!"

Woodspring Suites Charlotte Airport

10/10 Excellent

"This was a very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and courageous. Would recommend especially for an overnight stay."

Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood

AC Hotels by Marriott Charlotte City Center

8/10 Good

"The young lady Jacalynn (I could be spelling it wrong) with glasses at the front desk was amazing. The two young African American men behind the counter when she stepped away was so rude and disrespectful while we were trying to check and see if our room was available. All in all the hotel great and Jacalynn was amazing. My apologies if I have her name wrong."
