Lovely home in quiet neighborhood.

Property is well kept and comfortable. Located near great restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores, Starbucks, Target and more within 2 miles. We really enjoyed this home away from home.

House was in a great location and easy to find. Close to shopping and highways. Fantastic showers and comfy couches. Kitchen cabinets were a bit sticky, but overall a great stay. We would stay here again!

Nice place!

We had a great stay! The property host replied promptly to us and the home was clean, comfy, warm, and in a convenient location. We didn't use the fire pit or the grill outside because it was cold, but both looked awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house off of Rea Rd. We were there for a Panther's game and had great location to hot spots Saturday night. Clean, comfortable house. Would definitely rent there again.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Initial check-in confusion due to front screen door locked, but no problem with access through back porch door. Perfect location for a few 60+ friends passing through Charlotte.

Nice home in South Charlotte

This vrbo met our needs as we were displaced for repairs on our home. The host was very friendly and allowed a request to arrive early. The home was clean and spacious and convenient to our house. I would stay here again if we needed to move out again.

Property and host were outstanding. Host emailed and offered a later check-out at no additional cost which was a nice surprise. The neighborhood was safe and not far from downtown Charlotte. I would definitely recommend this place to stay and would stay here again!

Super host. Great stay

Great size family home. A little tired and we had a few teething issues but the host promptly rectified problems. Great location for everything Charlotte but on a very busy main road. That said, again,the host has supplied a white noise machine making for an easier nights sleep. Appreciated the tea/coffee and bathroom toiletries in the shower. Large washer/drier also was appreciated. an eadier nights sleep.

Pros: clean, good space for family with several kids, good location for our needs, has all the essentials, excellent water pressure! Cons: right next to the busy road, very small water heater (or maybe the water pressure is just that much), starting to show some wear, could use some aesthetic updates Overall it fit our needs and most importantly was clean, and we would return!

Renovation Escape

The perfect location for my family while our house is being renovated. Enjoyed the neighborhood walks. The street noise didn’t bother us…used the white noise at night. The home is ready for some maintenance items and it’s scheduled. Everything worked…so nice to have a kitchen for 3 weeks. Adam was very helpful when we needed extra nights and early access for our refrigerator items.

Southern Christmas Show Trip

My sister and I brought my niece to the Southern Christmas Show for her birthday. This home was so convenient! Very easy process of checking in! It was nicely decorated and cozy! It sits at the entrance of a subdivision. Even though the road is a busy one, you could not hear much road noise on the inside. The beds were comfy! It was super easy to drive the back way to the convention center from this location. It was a nice relaxing birthday visit! I would definitely book again if we are back in this area! I would highly recommend it if you are looking for relaxing place to stay in Charlotte!

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed walking and driving thru the neighborhood in the morning and evening - there were so many deer! We only had one question for our host during our stay and he was quick to respond. Overall we were very happy with our weekend. Unfortunately, with the racial climate as it is in our country right now, I do need to make note of something that happened the last morning of our stay. My daughter, who is in her early thirties and bi-racial, stepped outside to take a medical consult on her phone - it is a very shady lot so she sat in the meridian down a few doors in the sun for this phone conversation. One of the neighbors called the police and reported a 'black woman yelling out in front of her house' - she wasn't yelling and I can only assume that this was told to the police because the woman felt that they would respond more quickly. The police drove up, spoke with my daughter, acknowledged that she wasn't yelling and asked if she needed any assistance. She explained to them about the phone call and let them know that we were renting the house across the way. They were polite, wished her a good day and left. Fortunately this ended without any further action but it tainted what had, up to this point, been a wonderful weekend. I feel that everyone should be aware that there is at least one neighbor who won't hesitate to cause trouble if you are a family of color. Aside from this concern, I would highly recommend this property.
