"Pool hours were odd, 11am to 8pm and close from 1pm to 2pm everyday. Rooms are clean and very nice, however small, like a cruise ship cabin. No microwave or sofa in room."

"From the moment you walk in to the self checkout you are greeted with calming music and a nice aromatherapy. The decor is amazing and the room was so spacious. It is just a short 5 minute all to the beach and American Village. My only complaint is it can get a little noisy outside at night. The check-in check out process is smooth and easy. My friends had a minor issue and it was resolved very quickly"
