  • Summary:

    Welcome to the Chatta Charmer! A sweet 1930's two bedroom, two bathroom bungalow located in a quiet North Chattanooga neighborhood. Fully Renovated in 2020 and just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga, Coolidge Park and the Tennessee Aquarium. This house is a great spot to call home while exploring our beautiful city. With an open floor plan, this home has a fully equipped kitchen with new updates, cozy and comfortable bedrooms, and a lovely outdoor space with a gas grill and hot tub!



    The Space:

    After a fun day of seeing the sights, or working from home at the dedicated workspace(with lightning fast internet,) let The Chatta Charmer be your restful retreat! Gather around for a group movie night with a smart TV equipped with Roku and a Nintendo Switch dock. Prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen and dine together at the table fit for six. When its time to call it a night, enjoy 680 thread count cotton sheets!



    Outside, take advantage of the gas grill and hot tub and enjoy the fresh air and nature views. We also have a firepit for guests to enjoy, just be sure to bring your own firewood as it is not provided.

    GUEST ACCESS: This home has a wifi smart lock, and guests will be issued a code once a booking is confirmed.

    PARKING: There is only street parking available. Please do not park in front of the neighbor's mailbox (you may park in front of ours), and please do not block trash cans. The street is on in incline so we advise to set your parking break and point wheels to the curb. Always make sure our neighbors can get through the street.



    SECURITY CAMERA: There is a Ring security camera doorbell on the front porch.

Quick weekend getaway!

We were overall very satisfied with this property! It was so convenient to the downtown area and was very clean and so cute. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to TN!

Remarkable, clean, and accommodating stay

Would highly recommend Owen”s home! We came in town for a softball national tournament and this place was home to us for a week. Conveniently located, quiet, quaint neighborhood, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped! Will definitely be staying here for future tournaments!

Charming in Chattanooga

Definitely a Charmer

Chattanooga Charmer was a beautiful and very clean property. I loved how the kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials which most properties we’ve stayed lacked. Super cozy and comfortable and in a great area. We will definitely be return customers.

Enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfortable home. Great location to restaurants and attractions. We liked the layout of the home and it was well stocked in every way. Great house

Great place to stay in Chattanooga. It’s minutes from downtown on the north side but far enough where there’s not any foot traffic walking to downtown the neighborhood is very quiet. I can’t really say enough about this place. We were able to host a small family Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of room for visiting the kitchen was great.

Charmer!

My wife, son and I enjoyed a delightful stay at this property. Everything is as advertised - great location, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Parking on the street was never an issue. Communication throughout was detailed and timely. Neighborhood was nice for walk around and a very short distance to coffee, restaurants, etc.

Nice stay in Chattanooga

Family enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga, house was well put together, very good TV/Living Room/Kitchen setup. Smaller master bath is really best for sink and toilet use. Backyard does not seem used very much. Location is great, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Chattanooga, walkable to some restaurants and stores. Parking in front took getting used to due to steep hill but we managed to get the hang of it. In short, comfortable place to stay, would stay there again.

Super cute and clean home

This was our second time staying here with our two toddlers. Great layout, very clean and cozy. Parking is on the street, but was no problem for our one vehicle. The street is on an incline but also not an issue. There are stairs leading from street to the home. Cute neighborhood. Felt very safe. This is our go to home when we take the kiddos to Chattanooga to the train museum (20 minutes away) and to the aquarium/downtown (less than 10 minutes away).

Very clean little house

Property was perfect for us- two ladies who wanted separate beds and baths but a shared space to work and chat. Good wifi, very clean, everything was well labeled. Plenty of comfortable living room furniture. Mattresses were comfortable. Both beds are doubles or queens and the master bathroom is small with no counter space if that is a concern for you. The hall bath has counter space and a standard tub/shower combo. Street is steep. Never had a problem parking in front of the house though. Has a regular coffee pot and a keruig type (bring your own pods).

We really enjoyed this property! Very clean and so close to downtown and the Tennessee River. The house was very comfortable and felt like home. It was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom needs. The outdoors had a hot tub and fire pit.Very easy to deal with the homeowner.Would highly recommend this property.
