"I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. There were other couples and families that stayed on the property, yet we felt as if we were the only ones there. The sweet lady that stays on the property was very helpful by telling us about a few restraunts we should try and other fun things in the area. "

The games room, fire pit and kayaks make it perfect for families. The owners are kind and communicative. I’m sure we will be back again in future. "

"We had a fabulous stay at Ray’s home during a weekend away for a wedding in Georgia wine country. The house was the perfect retreat, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. With decks a plenty, we had our choice of spots to enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the Lake Lanier slew.The home’s layout offered both cozy gathering spaces and plenty of room to spread out, which worked wonderfully for our group. Ray was a gracious and responsive host, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made check-in seamless and the stay stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate the weekend, and we would happily return for another getaway."

"This is a very pretty home that has a slight view of a cove on Lake Lanier. Well stocked and clean. 4 very good size bedrooms. There is a ton of steps to get from the main floor to the lower balcony and then more to the game room. Then another long run to the dock. They want you to observe quiet time at 10 since it’s in an existing neighborhood with close neighbors. Didn’t remember seeing that when booking. Overall it’s great for a family get away. Not a friends weekend out. No complaints. Just my review. "
"This is an awesome property. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for family to have privacy but also plenty of nice, comfortable space. The lower level was full of entertainment choices for all ages and it brought cousins together no matter their age. The kitchen was well- equipped for all levels of cooking and dining. The lake access and available water vessels were so much fun! Shade is provided on the upper deck. I can’t say enough about this excellent property and the owner. She and her husband were very attentive and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property!"

"The floor slants significantly which makes mobility difficult on both levels of the house. Cleanliness was subpar--dirty floors and bathroom had hair everywhere. Toilet paper & paper towels were not stocked and we had to ask for more within the first day. We would have have used kitchen towels, but were not provided. NEEDS toilet paper holder! Waterless toilet is GROSS & literally stinks up the house & has to be changed by the host. Shower was slick and unsafe. Front door cannot lock effectively from the inside. The driveway is too small. Internet is unpredictable. AC worked well, though."
