"Terrible shower and water pressure. It was one of those half shower doors so water is all over the floor. You use several towels a day to clean it up. Water pressure/shower head is also terrible. It just dribbles out. Other than the shower issues, it was a nice hotel"

"While our overall stay was pleasant, there were a few areas that could be improved. Body lotion was not provided, and we were not informed beforehand. Towels were supplied for our three-day stay; however, two of them had noticeable stains. Also, one of the bedroom lamps was not functioning. In addition, the jacuzzi was operational, but the water temperature could not be adjusted. Aside from these issues, everything else was satisfactory, and we enjoyed our stay."

"The king suite was nice and large. The room was quiet as well. Room did need to be vacuumed near bed as some residual somethings of notable size were stepped upon. Other than that, a good stay. Breakfast was decent. Parking is plentiful. Staff were pleasant to work with."

"The staff members were nice, however after sleeping on flat pillows and hard bedding, we woke up to a huge roach in the floor. Had another small one come out from hiding while in the shower. We went to get to advertised breakfast and they had no hot food at all. Everything was kept behind the counter. The orange juice and yogurt was hot and the banana was bruised. Definitely not the 8 out 10 hotel that was advertised. I would not recommend staying here."

"The advertised order food service was non existent. There were no vending machines for drinks snacks. I never found an ice machine. Coffe, water, tea was removed promptly after breakfast. There was nothing available until next morning. Breakfast itself was ok, but not as I've had at other hotels. If you wanted a soda $4.50 or water $2.50 it must be purchased from staff - at front desk. I was charged a $50 deposit when checking in. It has yet to be returned to my card. With all this said the room was clean, comfortable. Over my 4 day stay it was serviced once."
