The rooms are clean and nice with amenities. Also got a 10% Starbucks card, there’s a lot of food around and activities like karaoke bars we came for a band at Reggie’s and was able to walk from the hotel there which was really nice.

This is the perfect location to explore Chinatown. Everything is within a few blocks walk. The hotel was perfectly clean, and the staff was great. We had a problem getting our air conditioning to come on, and they were up to our room in 10 minutes to fix the issue. Absolutely would stay here again.

Right in the heart of Chinatown and super close to transport to get you anywhere you wanna go in the city. The room was clean, the cable was wonderful. It can be a bit loud being close to the fire station, but that didn’t keep me awake personally.

The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, right in the heart of Chinatown and near the Red Line, which can get you to the city very easily. There are many retail and restaurant options nearby, mostly Asian cuisines. The hotel itself did not have great amenities. There is no breakfast, no gym, no laundry facilities, and no microwave (I stayed in a standard queen room). There is a mini fridge, a TV with cable, and WiFi. This hotel is singularly just a place to sleep- that is all. Staff was overall nice.

The hotel was in a prime location to allowing easy access to explore the China Town. It was also in close enough distance to the event we were there for at the McCormick place which allowed us to take a quick bus ride there. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and professional and we definitely would stay again and reccomend. There are full size Shampoo, Conditioner, bodywash, lotion and handsoap creating convinience. The bed was comfortable and on the firmer side but still soft enough for comfort. There was no Parking lot or ramp for vehicles at this hotel but there is a public parking lot for a fee down the block and there is free street parking. It gets pretty busy in the evening so finding free street parking was a challange but still manageble. Would stay again in the future for sure.
