This is an extremely rundown property. Finish is wearing off the furniture. Staff cancelled our initial reservation for king room before we arrived and we rebooked queen. Staff also entered our room at midnight to give it to someone else and said we weren’t registered. Very disappointing. Plus side is location, convenient to shopping and restaurants.

They were roaches in the bathroom. The bed had no blanket all sheets. None of the amenities described were available. There was no internet, no ice machine. And the service was substandard. The desk employees acted like they didn't even want to talk to you. The housekeeping staff however were hard working and polite.

My overall from the check-in point was cringe πŸ™ƒ,not due to the staff or facility but the guest that was checking in,although he was still trying to pay for a stay he oom before you pay because they will give you thing and he then started to verbally abuse the staff that was checking us in which was awful. Although my reservation was paid in full I was now considering canceling my reservation after a long flight of finally being able to come home from service my jetlag was now in full control πŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈ! The term convenience and good pricing was now in my mind being questioned, but when i say Jesus heard my voice of "oh Nooo" a person whom was already checked in appeared and I respectfully asked him "how was his room and stay and with a smile he said"perfect and verbally verified he was there for a long stay as well so yes ,please don't be fooled by what anyone says about this hotel because I tell you myself as a guest/added extra stay for myself and added another room so my family can come and spend time with me felt great πŸ‘the rooms were clean,cozy and well put together! The staff was not the basic,professional t have to utilize uber eats because its surrounded with all different restaurants in walking distance πŸ˜€ as well as beings by the major expressways/highways made moving around much more easier for family whom wants to come visit! Thanks to the staff we will be back and will be recommending them to others and social media to pass the gossip in a meaningful way!πŸ’«πŸ’₯πŸ’«

Please remove this hotel completely. It is in one of the ABSOLUTE WORSE areas in Chicago unbeknownst to me. What a bittersweet experience nonetheless. When I arrived to check in and provided my driver's license and debit card, I was told my card declined which was not the case at all. I immediately went online and booked a more suitable hotel in a decent area. The next morning there were two withdrawal transactions from the hotel, one for $150 and the other for $8. I went back to the hotel the next day and was told to come to speak to Nil, the manager. After speaking with him today and providing an email from my bank along with a signed and notarized letter, he refused to reverse the transaction. Thankfully the other hotel had professional staff on site along with a clean, pleasing and comfortable environment.

Overall, the building was plain and kind of rundown looking. The room was full of worn out and damaged furniture other than the beds. There were no amenities and barely linens. Overall, if you’re just looking for a place to lay down for a couple of hours it’s cheap and it works.
