Great hotel location near millennium park. Stayed here for the Chicago Marathon. Great amenities all the way around and as a triathlete too loved the outdoor lap pool. Great fireside restaurant at property, try to largest pretzel there! Staff was good. Facilities impeccable. Modern and nice. You really can’t beat the location and for travelers cvs is next door and there are so so many dining options and attractions to just walk to.

Great hotel, great location, aesthetics are also nice. Room is also well spaced and bed is comfy. Well kept building and staff are helpful. I just think the bathroom amenities could do better (Shampoo, etc) considering the price point we paid, this was my first time not bringing my preferred bath products thinking we are staying at a nice hotel but kinda got disappointed with the quality of bath products expecting this is a 4 star hotel( as what the profile said). I would still stay here for another time if I end up heading back to Chicago.
