Absolute perfection - I wish there were a St. Regis hotel every where I travel! My kids loved it, the staff was friendly and helpful. I could live in the room (and the soaking tub!). The restaurant was lovely for breakfast. 10/10
Great hotel, large pool - although I wish it was a bit warmer for my liking. The hot sauna though was a nice addition ( there is no hut tub in the pool area). Large gym was also great- unbelievable views of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier!
The staff was exceptional, and the amenities, coupled with the stunning views of the river or city, make this a fantastic choice. The on-site restaurants provide convenient access to food. My only minor complaint is the absence of a mini fridge in the room to keep some drinks cool. I would definitely be booking again
I’m so in love with the hotel. The Christmas decor was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the hotel overall was very clean and gorgeous. I will be back soon.
Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion with our room not being ready but staff was quick to accommodate us with a 50$ credit to our room. Overall our stay was wonderful my kids loved the rooftop views, the pool and I loved the gym.
This place is perfect. Great restaurant at Miru, staff is excellent, location is perfect, room is awesome, gym is huge and perfectly appointed, spa is top notch.
This hotel should be in the 9.5 rating level and it probably will be soon enough.
Excellent experience. Fabulous spa and Tre Dita was extraordinary. The glass wall is amazing in the restaurant complimenting the exceptionally good food.
The hotel is in a brand new tower but on the low floors - staff is accommodating and friendly - laundry service took twice as long as advertised but still charged in full. House car was a nice perk, location is good.
Was in a decent location with great view. Front office and bell staff were excellent. Room was good and bed very comfortable.Disappointed with staff quality in Miru Restaurant, had to wait extended times, it felt disjointed with little supervision and management
We had an amazing experience with Oscar, the hotel driver. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. He made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire ride, always willing to assist with our needs and ensuring we received the best service possible.
His friendly attitude and excellent service truly made a difference in our stay. We highly recommend him and sincerely appreciate his outstanding hospitality!
My stay at the St. Regis Chicago was truly a beautiful and memorable luxury experience.
From the moment I arrived, the property immediately made an impression. The atmosphere is polished, calm, and intentional in a way that lets you know you are somewhere special. The design of the hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautifully done, the views are breathtaking, and there is a softness to the experience that makes you slow down and really appreciate the details. It is the kind of place where you naturally pause and take everything in.
One thing I always say is that luxury is not only about beautiful spaces. Of course the architecture, the rooms, and the views matter and the St. Regis absolutely delivers on all of that. But to me, true luxury is also about how people make you feel. The check-in and the checkout may seem like small parts of a stay, but they are actually the first impression and the last impression, and those moments matter just as much as the property itself.
I also want to acknowledge Alyssa and manager Richard. After speaking with them, I genuinely appreciated the professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to listen. Richard in particular created space for a clear and respectful conversation, and I value that greatly. Sometimes what leaves the biggest impression is not perfection, but how a team responds with care, grace, and a desire to make sure a guest leaves feeling heard. That level of hospitality reflects well on the brand.
Absolutely perfect! We arrived really late and the front desk was amazing checking us in with an unplanned late night arrival. Housekeeping was the best. Turn down service was much appreciated and hard to find lately. We will definitely stay here for all our Chicago trips. Spacious room with walk in closet- perfect for a family stay. Staff was all pleasant and helpful from door to late night room service. thank you!
Had a wonderful stay, service was outstanding from the front desk, butler to staff you run into the hall way they make you feel so welcomed! I’ve stayed at every 5 star property in the city and this is the one I will be coming back to. There are just little minor things that should be changed to make them stand out but I know overtime they will improve as this property is pretty new. Looking forward too come back in the future.
What a gorgeous property. Rooms are super contemporary and absolutely spotless. The complementary house car is a killer amenity to have as a visitor. Chauffeured in a very high end Range Rover by a very professional staff member is one of the best parts. We tried Miru for breakfast and experienced one of the best pancakes I've ever tasted. The only part I would change is the large window that connects the bedroom from the bathroom. Not the best idea if traveling with a family. I still highly recommend in terms of location, value, and quality.
My brother George and his fiancé Pam were married in the hotel Sunday evening. My girlfriend Stephanie and I needed to buy some proper clothes for this occasion before. The staff provided a driver, Arthur, who took us to and from the Miracle mile to shop just in time for the wedding. My brother had a very joyful celebration and the entire experience was excellent!!! Best wishes for St. Regis and Staff!
The next morning we tried out the workout facility and enjoyed exercising together while looking over the Chicago river and Lake Michigan.
We loved it!
