Disappointing

The building is beautiful and the condo was clean, but sparsely appointed. It was not the high-end experience we expected at this price point. Not an extra blanket, pillow, towel. Only shampoo, no conditioner, four pods of coffee for four people for three days? When we’ve stayed at other rentals, we had wonderful experiences with service, but this one did not meet expectations. They were inflexible about check-in time, which was just one example of how the management company did not have any focus on service. They have a fantastic location and that’s all they intend on delivering. For the money we paid, there are lots of other options out there.
