"This was not our first time staying in a hotel down in the Outer Banks. However, I can say this one out did the last two that we had. The kitchen had every appliance that we could need. It was a little odd, not having an office, but actually worked out better than I thought it was going to. The communication with the person that checked us in and helped us with room service was incredible and fast. There was a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher. We had originally booked a stay for three nights, and actually ended up extending by two. I found it a bit of a shame that the wellness deck was only open till 9 PM and didn’t open until 8 AM as most people that get up to do yoga or cold plunge are normally up earlier than that. But other than that everything was priced as expected, and even had an ice dispenser right next to the hotel. There where a few small things that were not cleaned when we entered, some coffee splash on the baseboards, some of the pans that were left were still dirty, they dryer vent was packed full of lint (very dangerous),there was a half bottle of vodka left in the fridge and the doors had small squares on them that Eveyone could see into (I covered mine with cardboard and tape). "The feeling of hospitality and home came from more than just the property itself. The kitchen lacked nothing from what you’d have at home. There were laundry supplies waiting (which should be replaced by the renter in appreciation). There were faith based things for the kids and on the walls, the concern of which is real love. There were even ice pops waiting for the kids in the freezer! Clean, beautiful and convenient on top of all that. The beach access is almost directly across the road. There’s a playground and a skate park a couple lots down the sidewalk. Just a great place for a family to stay."

"Perfect spot to stay with my 2 big dogs! Very clean, close to the beach and in a very quiet area. Everyone around was super friendly. Owner responded quickly and was very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very communicative owner, nicely done home with an excellent location. House does need house numbers and its name on it. WS a bit weird to try and find then walk onto property just guessing. Only way we knew was the door code worked…The description of the property amenities could use an upgrade….coffee machine, no beach equipment included, bbq is lacking. "

"The property was beautiful and relaxing. There was access to anything we needed. The elevator was perfect for supporting our needs. The grand kids loved both the ocean and the pool. This was a perfect getaway!"
