"Great place"

"We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the SAP center, which it is-easy walking distance. You get what you pay for. In our case that did NOT include hot water for our morning showers. The manger stated that the problem was "just on our floor" and would be fixed soon. We left, very disappointed."

"Convenient location near SJSU. Parking was expensive and the restaurant was not open for breakfast the day we were there. There was a very good restaurant close by. The room was large and very clean."

"Great reception when arrived from desk staff and valet service. Very kind and efficient, had esrly check in ready! Great amenities, pool area awesome, lounge and food area was excellent. Location is great! Lots to do around that area! Gym is huge, clean and well stocked."

"Hotel staff was great, got us checked in early and it was lovely to have a bar downstairs to hang out before going to the show with the APP Center. I would say the only downside of this hotel is the walls are extremely thin and at two in the morning when people are coming back from partying, my husband and I were totally woken up."
