"This was one of the largest Japanese hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The space was really valuable. Staff were friendly and helped us to forward our luggage to the next destination. I think we lucked out by getting a room on the second floor - there is only one elevator so we were able to easily use the stairs to get in and out of our room. "

Heard that the reviews for natural onsen (indoor and outdoor) are superb here!!!! Will try the onsen the next time round. Location wise right next to the lake, did a easy walk around ◡̈ cheers! "
