"Absolutely superb accommodation - couldn’t fault it. Felt like a high-end hotel, but with the space of a roomy apartment. Also in a great location, not too far from the station/ Venice car parks to get to, but then very quick access to a lovely, relatively quiet part of Venice to explore what the city has to offer. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location right under the Rialto Bridge and has a retro charm, with rooms decorated in old venetian style. The breakfast had a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. However, the room was really hot as the air conditioning is not available until it is summer (not operational in spring). They provided a fan which helped but it is not what I would expect from a 4star. "

"Great location, take advantage of a water taxi and use the canal side entrance for added romance. The hotel has an interesting historical story too. Room was good, breakfast excellent, and situated in a nice square a short walk to St Marks Sq. Had its own vaporetto stop 100m from the entrance too, and a gondola dock nearby too. "

"Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money! "

"I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "

"Building and room were clean, breakfast was cold an not edible, the tall caucasian guy with glasses at the desk was extremely rude. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work so we spent our nights trying to sleep in a room that was between 76-78 degrees at night. We couldn’t change rooms and were not allowed to get a refund to change hotels. If you want to stay at a place that looks good on the outside but the core of the place is rotten then stay here"
