"We spent three nights here and had a great experience overall. The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is an absolute A+. Everything we wanted to do was within easy reach. The front desk and bar staff were amazing, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The valet team also did a great job, especially with their QR code retrieval system, which made getting the car quick and seamless. My only real complaint would be that the HVAC system in the room was quite loud. That said, it worked very well and kept the room temperature comfortable, so it was more of a noise issue than a functionality one. One potential drawback for some guests is that music from nearby bars can be fairly loud, especially late on weekend nights. It didn’t bother us, but I could see how it might be a distraction for light sleepers. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"10/10 stay at this Hampton Inn. Sal, the front desk manager, greeted us the moment we walked into the lobby and somehow made check-in… enjoyable (which is saying something). The 6th-floor river- and skyline-facing views are outstanding. Room was spacious, spotless, and exactly what you want after a travel day."

"There was a beautiful lady in the coffee shop that was absolutely over the top in customer service. She might be the kindest person that I have ever encountered in all of my travels. Her kindness really made a difference to me and my husband was also blown away. She is perfect!! I can't remember her name but may have been Jasmine but I could pick her beautiful face out in a crowd. Hope to see her when we return. "

"The staff was amazing and Patrick, the valet manager, was really nice and professional. We loved the room we stayed in and the hotel had such a great 1920s vibe! We will definitely be coming back for anniversaries!!"
