"Checked into hotel a 3:30 pm but had to wait until cleaning staff told the front desk the room was cleaned. Went into the room which it was dirty with coffee stains and hair in the sink. The thermostat in the room did not work so there was no way to heat or cool the room. Most of the light bulbs in the room were burnt out. Later we watched tv in the room but only one tv channel would work. When out of the room around 5:30 PM and the linen from the room that were cleaned where still in the hallway."

"Stayed in a first floor room and the drain in the bathroom was letting a sewer smell come in so bad we could smell it in the entire room. Told the gal at the front desk and she acted disgusted we said anything- we just mentioned they should check the drain in that room due to smell."

"The property was clean, and presented well, but absolutely no warmth. The bell staff was excellent, the front desk seemed to be on their phones for the most part. I inquired about tea/ coffee in the morning, and was directed to a for-profit business. I paid $350.00 and could not get a cup of tea for the road, on property. I stayed the next evening in Jackson Hole, for $130.00 and enjoyed a comparatively lavish coffee bar in the morning. It was fine, but I won't stay there again. $35.00 to park (in Boise)."

"The room was clean and nice, the contactless entry was nice. Our tv did not work at all however and would not connect to the network which was not great but overall it was fine"

"Room was clean but a little outdated, patch of carpet was cut out and just shoved back into place and kept coming up right in the middle of the room. Not a very big selection for breakfast. location was nice."
