"Last itme I stayed here, it was overal very good, but this last say was just "ok". Coffee in the lobby was old and cold both afternoons/evenings. The drain in my room sink drained very slowly."

"First of all, after the 2nd day of a 4 night stay the breakfast had no knives or forks. It is hard to spread the cream cheese on your bagel with a spoon handle. Day 3 nothing had been stocked or replaced so there were 3 muffins left from the day before and just a couple of bagels. I was fine with only having the room serviced every other day, but we were skipped completely. When I called the front desk I was told I could come down there and pick up clean towels. The rate was certainly attractive and I didn’t expect the Ritz, but I thought some pretty basic needs were lacking. The room was spacious with the separate sitting room from the bedroom. At the sink, no soap was available only a bottle of shampoo? When I called the front desk they told me I come down there and pick up small bar soap. The mattress was very very soft and the sheets did not fit or stay on."
