"Staff were polite and ultimately we were fine, but this place has clearly seen some hard use by shady characters in the office and in the rooms. Not a place I'd stay again, especially at that price point. Had no interest in taking a shower, beds were very uncomfortable, holes in the door, just teetering on the edge of being a trap house."

"Made reservations and read reviews. The reviews weren’t that good but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. Boy were we wrong. Even one star was too good for what we went through. Paid extra to make sure we had a guaranteed room. We got the room but with broken furniture and old metal screws and staples poking out of the broken items. Asked about another room and was told that was the only one available. Asked for a refund and The man’s words were “it’s a room just stay in there.” We said went just needed a refund and he said let me see if I have something else. Said no we were already aggravated and extremely frustrated. After at least 2 hours we were finally finished. From beginning to the time we left. We went to stay at Best Western. Now that was a very nice hotel. Sorry didn’t get any pictures of the furniture because I figured they would just give us another room right away. "

There was a problem with the toilet early in the morning and the front desk gave me a plunger. I had to be a plumber for a little while, and we had water all over the floor in the bathroom. We will probably not stay at this facility again. "
