"This hotel was absolutely lovely. Very central- right next to Shepherd’s Bush underground, it took about 15-20 mins if that to get to Piccadilly circus. The hotel itself is set back in a very lovely quiet area. 5 min walk to a very luxurious shopping mall. The hotel has absolutely gorgeous decor and feels so modern and yet very cosy- the comfiest nights sleep I have had in a hotel! The staff were all so friendly and could not have been kinder. We didn’t eat there at all but it was a great base to explore London. I’m really looking forward to the swimming pool being open- I’m not one to go back to the same place twice but this was so ideal and at a very good price that I can’t not come back!"

"The location is very good. Close to the tube which will take you anywhere. The room was very small but to be expected. The reality is the bed was as hard as granite, only beaten by the pillows which were somehow made from reinforced concrete. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told the place was fully booked so no extra pillows were available. Same seemed true for decent towels. The toiletries were not replenished and as such we had to go to the nearby Tesco and buy our own. No big deal but why offer the product and not supply the service?? The bed linen was not changed during our 5 day stay, the room was incredibly hot with all heating turned off yet no remote for the air con was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, however the police station is 75m down the road so you can imagine the amount of sirens during the night. The TV did not work and when advised the receptionist stated to check again the next day otherwise she would have to call a maintenance person. Couldn’t be bothered and neither could we to be honest. And no, we don’t go to London from Australia to watch TV but late at night when you get back to your room, it’s nice to relax with a bit of background noise. Also might have helped drown out the neighbours as the walls are paper thin. There are multiple hotels in the row, I’d suggest choosing one of those."

"Fantastic value for money, room was spotless, and is located just a short walk from the underground. Everything felt simple, safe, and convenient. As a solo traveler, I couldn't ask for anything better. A smooth, comfortable, and very well-organized stay. I would definitely recommend it."

"The bedroom floor hadn’t been hoovered and was very dirty, I checked in really late after a cancelled flight so just ignored it. The bathroom also had no moisturiser in the container which was annoying. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic. A great selection for vegans and also if you need gluten free. I’ve stayed before and would stay again. "

"Carlos at front desk got us our rooms over three hours early which was HUGE as it was our first time in London and we didn’t really know what to expect. It was so nice to be able to check in and get into the room before exploring the city."

"My single bed room faced the street. Lots of vehicle noise and people talking while walking on the sidewalk. No AC, but I was able to keep the small bathroom window open to get cool air. I think during the summer the room will be very Hot. Hot water kettle, coffee, tea creamer, sugar in the room. TV and shower worked okay. Check in required a $20 pound deposit for key return. So, don't lose the door key."
