"At first, the hotel was a bit hard to navigate but once we got the hang of where to go, how the parking and elevators work, etc, the hotel was just fine. We really liked the gym and the pool. The buffet was way overpriced ($25 per person) so we chose a la cart and it was yummy. "

"From the moment we booked the stay Emilio was quick to respond. When we arrived we performed a walk through, asked questions that were responded to swiftly. There was a remote missing the TV was replaced, the microwave glitched and it was replaced. I actually started it was no hurry yet Emilio was there promptly the next day resolving any needs. The day we were to leave there was a power outage at the airport which delayed our departure. We were not even sure we would fly out yet Emilio offered to allow us to return if the flight was delayed overnight. The stay was AWESOME and I recommend everyone visiting Costa Rica to stay here. "

"Breakfast is amazing !!! And the staff and security are so helpful and wonderful!! Very knowledged on the property as well, just make sure you have bug repellent before going to your room, a lot of insects but with the repellent it wasn’t bad. Also no tvs no microwave and no fan or AC just be mindful about this. It is the ultimate getaway for sure for peace and quiet. But the bar el gato on the property is soooo cute and the drinks are delicious, see Yahaira the bartender she was so great!!! Also Daniela and Gabriela from reception are so knowledgeable and sweet! They really cater to you , Alvaro the security guard made sure we were super safe. Overall 5 stars !"

"There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. Pool was lovely, sunset views from the fire pit are amazing. Laundry is on premises and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions in English and understand my broken Spanish. If I had to find anything to pass a judgment it was reserving the grill. We wanted to use the grill at 530 and was told we could not because it was reserved for 830. Room was very clean, dishes, soap, even laundry detergent was provided. They offer a service to stock with food prior to arrival. This will be my new home whenever I am staying in San Jose."
