"The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the old town but I felt safe walking home even in the dark. The hotel felt safe too with secure entry to the floors with rooms. The room was big with a really comfortable bed and a window that opened. It was really clean and had a free minibar replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a delicious raspberry granola and loads of choice for breads, cheeses, hams, etc. The restaurant was OK but very busy, you really need to pre book. The staff I dealt with were all very nice and helpful too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"Clean room - really nice spa - especially if you book the private wellness room - really good breakfast and great coffee. The owner has his own creative and artsy style to decorate this hotel. Great value also for the money. Recommended!"

"This hotel looks grand from the outside and is in a really good location at the edge of the old town. The staff on reception were lovely and helpful at all times. The rooms were big and spacious. There was loads of choice at breakfast and the food was great - and if its nice - there are a few outside tables to eat. We had a really comfortable stay here"
