"The staff are really nice and helpful. The price is acceptable. There are restaurants with affordable price nearby. You can get three to 5 people rooms in this hotel. You can take a bus for 1Soles each person to the plaza armas. Taxi is only 7Soles."

"Beautiful, centrally-located hotel with the absolute best staff. "
"The staff was FANTASTIC! There was always someone at the lobby, 24/7 and everyone was always smiling and willing to help.
The rooms were clean, the beds were cozy and warm (with an extra blanket!), the wifi was quite good, although there were moments it wasn’t loading. The hotel was very well located! It was near the main square and many restaurants.
The breakfast was quite complete, I just wish there had been a few more gluten free options, but there were a few good options to pick from:)
Also the staff packed us a breakfast for when our excursion left at 4am, which was so kind of them!
I unfortunately suffered from altitude sickness and the staff was very understanding and helpful, they instantly called over a doctor and when I was sick again the next day, they provided an oxygen tank. I am really appreciative of their help and kindness:)

"We loved the location close to the San Pedro Market. Everything was very close. The breakfast provided was wonderful. We also liked there was a variety of tea options offered throughout the day. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water."
