"We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They have a communal lounge area where you can hang out and grab a drink, patio tables outside, and a restaurant that on its own is worth the visit. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. Rooms are serviced every day. Our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk to and from the lake and although steep in parts, it is totally doable. There is a dedicated path so you aren’t walking on the road. They also offered to shuttle us which came in handy when we needed to catch our train the last day. We would definitely stay here again. "We had the best week in this house. The pool the outdoor seating area and the layout of the house was suit our needed and it was a perfect house for us 6 adults and 2 kids. With restaurant only a 10 minute walk away and public transport close by it was a great location. The host shared a local taxi man’s details and he was fantastic and brought us to fantastic places that we’re a ‘must visit’ on lake Como that was not as easy to access via public transport. We will be back and recommending to friends.One last note, we asked could we check in early and the response was ‘not a problem’ it’s so great when a host is happy to accommodate. "
