"Overall a nice little house on the water and was very clean. It was great having a dog friendly option close to the Dells. The one thing to note is the listing makes it seem like there are two twin beds (one in a bedroom and one in the living room) based on the description and image for the living room, but there’s not. It’s a twin sofa sleeper and queen sofa sleeper in the living room."

"This is a beautiful cabin with very responsive hosts. Equipped better than most rentals we had and plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves at home. We initially thought the property was directly on the river, however after reading the booking info a bit more closely it indicates that the cabin has river access. The boat dock is a short walk down the road and through a very nicely manicured path. Decent dock fishing with walleye and pan fish action. There is a beach just a few minute drive down the road and firewood vendors nearby. Overall, this is a property worth considering for anyone interested in staying in the Dells area but in a more serene location."

"The Lazy Bear Cabin was perfect for our family of 7 over Labor Day weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The dining table was large enough for dinners and served as a game center. There were two living room areas so people could watch their favorite sports team on the 2 large t.v’s. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were spread out on three floors so everyone had their privacy. The best part was the backyard with the fire pit and chairs for gathering. There was also an outdoor dining table and chairs. The two boys enjoyed the basketball hoop. The hot tub was a plus.The cabin is surrounded by woods and is located on a quiet street. It is located about five miles from the busy downtown Dells attractions.We definitely would stay again!"

"Absolutely LOVE this property and all 7 of us had the same reaction, LOVED it. Not sure I'll have enough characters to give it the proper due. Where to start, in the basement they have a nice pool table, next to the pool table is an amazing massage table that works GREAT! I laid down on it and it literally cracked my back and felt so good. Also downstairs is a full bathroom and bedroom. There is a couch, bar like area room to hang out. The upstairs had a very nice living room with tv but we weren't inside the home much. We LOVED the outside and the fire pit was one of my main reasons i booked this place. They had a TON of wood for us to use as well. There are 8 chairs around the firepit and really nice and comfy adirondack chairs. Then there is an outside patio set and dining area right outside with plenty of seating and a GRILL. We also enjoyed the hammocks that were provide also right near the firepit. At night outside there are nice lights that give you plenty of light to see and when you walk from the house to the firepit there is a motion sensor light that goes off so you can see where you are going, and the nicest part is it doesn't stay on forever, it goes off pretty quickly. I text the owner about something and got immediate replies back, great communication! Plenty of parking for several vehicles as well. Off the beaten path of very quiet area but also 10 minutes from downtown which is PERFECT! will book again next time i'm there, everyone LOVED it!"
