The Inn at the Delta
10/10 Excellent
"Ask for ground floor! Stairs were steep and more than a single story high. No coffee or breakfast provided—I travel with a Kerig and cereal but that was more trips up those awful stairs! Place was beautiful—gardens, room, outside seating areas in garden, bath had Jacuzzi tub and skylight. Very quiet—never heard other guests. Not a place for children which I appreciate as an older traveler. Would stay here again. This is the nicest and safest place in town. Be sure to notice living room when you check in—office is in front room of private hacienda. It’s fabulously decorated."

"This is a very nice property and clean. The biggest negative was only 1 elevator was working. The spa was amazing and very relaxing. Jordon was wonderful."

Desert Flower Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This place is super cute and kind of retro like going back in time, mid-century, modern decor, very well and thoughtfully maintained and the rooms are well appointed. Family owned and as a solo female traveler, I felt really safe here and comfortable. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious!"
Casa Escondida Bed & Breakfast

"Communications from Ernesto very helpful. The woman who makes breakfast is also very sweet and hospitable. The stay was fine for us for just one night passing through."
Adobe Style Home with Mountain Views, Pet Friendly!
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay here in Taos! The location was perfect; close enough to make everything easily accessible while still being quiet and peaceful. We especially loved watching the sunrise and sunset over the mountains, and the prairie dogs provided plenty of entertainment during our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us and our dog, with all of the amenities we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free.One thing to note for summer travelers: the house is equipped with a heater but does not have air conditioning. We cracked the windows in the evening and were mostly able to stay comfortable, but bringing a fan would probably be a good idea during warmer weather.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"
Artist Retreat~Forest Getaway~Adventurers~Hunters~Writers~Nature Lovers

"We arrived to find the cozy scene of this homesteading family watering the garden outside the guest house, which is just across the driveway from the main house. The house was clean and well appointed, sweet, and colorful. There is a nice spirit of creativity about the decor. We were able to cook our modest dinner and make coffee and oatmeal in the morning with ease. We loved the deck upstairs and would have spent time there if it hadn't rained. We did get to walk up into the forest from the back gate of the property and along the ridgeline a ways. Great access! It was pretty hot when we were there in July and although there were fans, the bedrooms did not cool down efficiently because it was hard to get cross ventilation. I am sure this is not a problem when nights are colder. The bed is very soft and we found we rolled to the middle and had a hard time getting out. In fact, we left a day early to find a more comfortable bed. This may not be a problem for others. For reference, we usually sleep on a queen size mattress such as a Tuft and Needle foam or Saatva hybrid. The thing that surprised me was that the host stopped communicating when I let them know we were leaving early. I texted three times through the VRBO app. We did not request a refund, although would have welcomed one, but I expected professional communication and perhaps an inquiry about what would have made us more comfortable."
