"The staff was very accommodating when my Dad’s hospital stay was extended unexpectedly. They allowed me to hold my bags at the desk and keep my car valeted at the hotel so I didn’t have to pay for parking at the hospital and I could take the hotel shuttle. They made it very easy for me to add an extra night onto our stay. "

"The hotel has a free shuttle that took us to Cleveland clinic and hotel allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot. They came back and got us after our appt. It was wonderful. We were not familiar with the clinic campuses so it helped immensely."

But also; all the touches. A lovely house, cozy furniture, delicious coffees and teas, and clear, thoughtful communication. "

"Very nice large place that accommodated the whole family, the kids loved the fuze-ball and poker table! Only issues we had were some parking issues, we have a large SUV and it was a small area to park and for awhile on one of the days someone parked in the opening to the parking area so we couldn't get in and had to find parking on the street. Definitely a pet friendly rental as there was quite a bit of pet hair on the rugs and furniture so we had to be mindful of what we wore when on the couches as it got over everything, but we made it work. "
