"Breakfast was pleasant, well-stocked, and tables were cleaned immediately. Room service was daily worth new towels and trash taken out daily. We noticed a few stink bugs crawling and dead flies on the window sill, but maybe that was when a previous guest opened the window. We kept the windows closed and had no additionally pests come in. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. Thank you. "

"Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo."

"Food and drink at the hotel was very expensive. You have to pay for parking. The water pressure thumbs down. The tv in the room didnt work properly. Other then the thing i listed the stay was amazing,the staff were kind and answered any questions asked while being polite. I would stay again if they were to offer free parking. "
