"Our stay at Maleyssie was absolutely delightful. We were greeted warmly when we arrived. Our suite was incredible spacious and comfortable. Homemade madeleines and water were waiting for us. We opted to eat dinner in the beautiful courtyard and it was delicious. The staff was wonderful and our stay was lovely. Our only regret was that we could only stay one night."
"This was a delightful little country hotel with gorgeous rooms and a good restaurant immediately below. The suite of rooms (4 were included in my booking) were beautifully furnished and great value for money. The beds were comfortable and the setting was peaceful. Would thoroughly recommend!"

"Very friendly and supportive staff, especially the service to go with the guests to help finding the parking. Train Station on the other side of the Square but yet quiet Perfect Location for a Walk to the cathedral and old town in 10 minutes"

On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. We eventually found the apartmend due to diversions. The gentleman who met us said he had checked the apartment and it was clean. Location was great ..close to the train station , the old quarter and eateries and the famous cathedral.
Being a UNESCO city , Chartres is well maintained . I stayed a nite and enjoyed my short time . Staff were welcoming and helpful.
