"Breakfast veggie options needed more replenishment. Room 424 decor room tired, bathroom extremely dusty and in dire need of a new bathroom, to keep inline with the ‘deluxe’ room, the view was deluxe but sadly the room isn’t. Staff amazing, helpful. Lovely touch tk be allowed to keep vehicle in car park an hour or two longer after check out. "

"Perfect for a quick stop over. Super comfy bed. Room v clean. Thank you for allocating me a quiet room too. Breakfast lovely. The only thing to improve is to ensure milk doesnt run out at the corridor drinks station (no kettle in the room). Otherwise excllent. "

"Breakfast definitely needs some improvement but the hotel overall was spot on for our stopover on the way the Cornwall. Staff were lovely and really friendly. Hotel is clean and the room was set up for our family of 4. Plenty of parking (small additional charge), great WiFi. Really good value overall and definitely recommend. "

"Facilities are absolutely amazing… great gym, sauna steam room and pool. Room was a bit tired. Food really let it down. Evening meal food wasn’t even Wetherspoons quality, but was expensive and the service was absolutely terrible. Breakfast however was great, and only waited 20 mins for poached eggs which was a bonus. Ate in the Golf Club cafe at lunchtime which was a complete disaster… not really helped by the rude food manager… DO NOT go over to eat there, unless you have 2 hours to spare and actually don’t want to eat what you ordered. We will not be back"

"I think i was booked into the smallest room ive ever had in a hotel. A bit larger than a broom closet. In addition, the bed was hard and NOT well suited for a night's sleep. Not particularly pleasant. Alternatively, the front desk clerk was unfailingly pleasant and helpful."
