One block to beach. 3 bdrm/3.5 baths, many beach items, longboard, pickleball

Luna and Sol are one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

Fun Spring Break Location

The property is in a great location and was perfect for our family vacation. It's within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, putt-putt, grocery, etc. We never heard the tenants in the other side of the duplex and the street seemed quiet and low key. Greg was prompt and helpful throughout booking and the stay.

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!

This place is really peaceful. Lots of space inside, really roomy and the rooms are laid out pretty cool, with each room having its own shower and restroom with and extra half bath downstairs. Great place to relax after the beach or long day out shopping.

Nice location - waking distance to good restaurants and the beach. Would definitely consider this place again. Only reason to not give five stars was because neighbors across street were loud on Friday and Saturday night waking everyone in the house.

Perfect floor plan for a family

This was perfect for our family with 2 young children. There was plenty of room downstairs and a bathroom off each bedroom. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. The host was very responsive all the time.

Property was excellent and in a great location. Communications with the owner were great. The only complaint was that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat and it got pretty cold in the house when the weather changed.

Great location and beautiful spacious home!

So close to everything! We walked to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We loved all the space inside and the having extra beach toys was a bonus. We also really enjoyed the upstairs balconies and sitting out in the evenings. Internet was a little challenging, but the owner was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues. Would absolutely stay here again!

5 guys show up with no vrbo experience. Couldn’t be better!!!! Our host arranges for an early checkin all on his own. The facility is easy to find, clean and has everything we need to get going, even coffee for the next morning.

Labor Day Cocoa

Great place. clean & comfortable. Everything was in good shape. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner had some nice beach stuff available for us to use. Publix and many restaurants, go-carts, arcade & mini golf all within 4 blocks. My only issue was that the thermostat was locked and we couldn't change the house temp. Not letting your guest set a temperature they would prefer was too much an issue for our group. It was really a nice place in a good location but, I probably won't stay here again because of the locked thermostat.

Pre Cruise Three Day Stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Greg the owner was great to respond when we contacted him pre-check in. We did not need to contact him after check in. The property was centrally located and we found it easy to get to most places. The kitchen does not have a coffee pod maker but does have a coffee pot. There were no coffee filters but Duncan is literally right next to the condo so we just walked over there daily. Having stayed in many VRBO's or rentals there were some things I noticed that needed attendance but overall we had a nice time. There is no working smoke detector in the master bedroom. The beds were extremely uncomfortable for all of us but I think that is a matter of comfort and opinion. If you are planning on staying for more than two days you may need to purchase more toilet paper and paper towels. There was random half used groceries in the pantry that we did not touch. Overall it was clean. There were two towels and wash rags in the bathrooms which was not enough for us but we used the beach towels. None of the issues were things that the owner could change on our stay. We did find the thermostat inconsistent but we knew going in that he controls that and you cannot adjust it. We enjoyed the area and there is a lot to do. There are bikes and beach items in the garage that you can use so that is nice.

Nice layout and location, but needs some upgrades.

Stayed here for a week with my family. The house is spacious and modern, but needs some upgrades. The furniture was stained, the vertical blinds in the main area were missing slats, and the bath towels were quite worn out. Overall the house was clean except one of the frying pans still had dried egg in it and there was a sandwich out on the patio table. The location is great and the owner was very responsive to my requests to lower the temp in the property because you cannot control the thermostat yourself.
