Some sort of barrier/gate system on the entrance from the back street to make the cars safer. At present, anybody can simply walk in and take a car or possessions from any room. Otherwise, the motel room and dining options within close proximity are simply great. We have stayed at Mid City Motel before..

One night stay

One night stay after family celebration. Bed very comfortable room large reception staff helpful and friendly. Bright light shines in window from the walkways which is annoying. You can see the owners are trying to bring this hotel back to life.

There was no one there for reception and no way to contact managers. We were told that they live at the motel. We ended up paying for nothing and had to go to another hotel and pay out of pocket. Apparently reception closes at 8:00 pm, but we were not informed.
