Ruim vakantiewoning met varanda en omheinde tuin
Het is een mooie vakantiewoning. Eigenaar woont erboven we hadden warm weer, wij waren heel blij met de veranda, een stukje naar beneden lopen en je bent bij het Comomeer, Daarvandaan kun je met de boot andere dorpjes bezoeken. Ook een leuk strandje in de buurt met gras en kiezels. Wordt veel gesurft.

Uitstekende accommodatie op een mooie locatie
een uitstekende accommodatie welke van alle gemakken is voorzien. de boven bewoners zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. er is veel ruimte in en om de woning. veel leuke stadjes en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt om te bezoeken. de stadskern ligt op loopafstand en heeft vele leuke terrassen en restaurants. er zijn een paar verbeterpuntjes, zoals het hebben van een koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. gesproken taal is Italiaans en beperkt Engels een echte aanrader.

Grosszügige Unterkunft an guter Lage
Grosse Parterrewohnung mit 3 Badezimmer. Grosser Garten mit gedecktem Sitzplatz. Ideal auch für Hunde und kleine Kinder da alles eingezäunt ist. Gute Lage, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss von Colico entfernt, wo Schiffe und Züge in die ganze Comerseeregion fahren. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und saube. Allerdings sind die Küchenutensilien etwas bunt durchmischt und nicht mehr alles im besten Zustand. Auch die Betten sind sehr einfach und zum Teil nicht ganz so bequem, zu weiche Matratzen.

Charmante Wohnung
Super schöne Wohnung, tolle Terrasse, für Hunde perfekt. Bis auf 2-3 kleine Schönheitsfehler (zu kleiner Kaffeekocher, 1 kaputter Lattenrost und ein sehr wackliger Grill) absolut zu empfehlen.

Belle découverte!
Belle maison avec des espaces assez grands pour cinq personnes. La propriétaire est très gentille. Cependant des moustiques en grande quantité. Prévoir de l'insecticide ou autre ...... INDISPENSABLE.

Es handelt sich um eine Wohnun...
Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung, die das gesamte Erdgeschoss umfasst und einen eigenen großen Garten mit Terrasse und einem separaten Eingang hat. Sie ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlt eineTeekanne und Eierbecher. Man sollte unbedingt genügend Insektenmittel mitnehmen, da es sehr viele Stechmücken hat. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittelmarkt nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch Supermarkt, Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Promenade sind in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben einen kinderlieben Hund, der aber in einem abgetrennten Gartenteil lebt. Reisetipps: Der Strand Spiagia Colico hat eine sehr schöne Liegewiese, Duschen und WC (gegen Bezahlung) sowie eine Strandbar. Der Bereich zum Schwimmen ist abgegrenzt und überwacht, allerdings ist der Badebereich recht klein und hat Seegras. Der Lido di Colico hat zwar eine kleinere Liegewiese, aber ist sehr groß, flach und mit wenig Seegras. Es gibt ebenfalls eine Toilette in der Strandbar. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt gegenüber. Beide Strände sind Sandstrände, die am Ufer etwas Kies haben, im Wasser aber nur Sand. Das Forte Montecchio Nord ist sehr interssant, ebenso der Torre di Fontanedo.Die Wanderung zum Kloster Abbazia di Piona ist sehr schön. Das Kloster selbst ist leider wenig informativ, da alles auf italienisch beschildert ist. Bei allen Wanderwegen ist zu beachten, dass auch die für Touristen mit T gekennzeichneten Wege großteils nicht mit Sandalen oder leichten Turnschuhen zu begehen sind. Es sind auf jeden Fall Wander– oder Trekking–Schuhe zu empfehlen. Auch die Zeitangaben auf den Schildern und den Karten sind sehr optimistisch. In der Touristeninformation bekommt man wertvolleTipps zum Parken und welche Strecken zu empfehlen sind.
