"This was a lovely place to stay. The staff were very welcoming and always had time for a chat. The room was spotless and newly refurbished. Comfortable bed. Plenty of tea and coffee etc which with toilet rolls was replenished daily, as we're the towels. The bed was made up daily and the room cleaned. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely. Plenty of other items too such a yogurt, cereal, toast etc. Great setting and next to local amenities and 25 mins from the coast. "

"Great location, very easy to find. Standard of room and all facilities provided were excellent. All communication from the host was timely, clear and very welcoming. Would certainly recommend and hope to return again soon. "

"Contact difficult, automated responses to messages, voicemail for calls. We wanted early entry but apparently this is not avaliable unless booked in advance for housekeeping purposes. An hr early on a wet Thursday in February, I'm sure could've been manageable, or a least a call back to say no. I requested twin beds as in photo, king bed was made up.No toilet roll in bathroom, not one. I've never experienced this anywhere else I've stayed previously, there has been no response to me questioning both these issues.Lovely room, although stains on the wall could do with a coat of paint.Bathroom was freezing cold."

"Lovely cottage adjoining the owners home with full use of their beautiful garden. If you expect brand new this is not for you but this is a really homely and comfortable holiday home. Very well equipped kitchen our only feedback was that the fridge was a bit small for us catering for a full week. Also great base to explore the area. Thanks to Gill and David for their hospitality and our lovely welcome gift including a bowl and ball our dog Alfie -really nice touch."
