Olga in House keeping makes sure your room is perfect and smell like a garden of flowers every day and Yanaira is an incredible young lady that together with Fabian and Faiber, will be there for you at the restaurant (amazing place) to make your experience upgraded to a 5 stars. Of course there is more staff at the hotel and all of them are amazing. if you are ever in Cucuta, Colombia, this hotel is definitely the right place to enjoy your stay.
