"Great hotel to stay at. Located in the heart of Florence walking distance to all the attractions and places to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and basic. Room was clean. A bit of noise from the outside life, but it was ok. The train station is about a 20 min walk. I had no vehicle so unknown about parking. Scoot parking seemed abundant. The staff were multilingual and very friendly. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"Good hotel. Breakfast was good. Room also good for europe standard: big enough. Location is good. They have a new bar and front desk was advertising it with discount on first drink. However, when you go to the bar, it was pretty clear that this was a new endeavor for them. There were 3 group of people in bar in total and everyone in staff seemed overwhelmed with that. After waiting for 10 mins without being addressed, walked out and still no one asked what is up. Minus the bar, hotel is great....

"The hotel has a privileged location, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are a great size, especially for a hotel in a European city center. The rooftop is excellent — the food and drinks manager, Mr. Nicola, is very professional and eager to address and apologize for any potential inconvenience, which was a really pleasant surprise.
