"My grown daughters and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were in Alaska to visit my son who lives up there. He recommended the area, and the location was a perfect base for traveling to see different sights. We had trouble with the door code a couple of times, probably user error! But the host always responded right away. The place is really well stocked - we stopped at a grocery store before checking in, but should have waited to see what was there. The fridge and pantry had all the basics and more. There is a hot tub on the deck which was really nice, and exceptional views from the decks as well. The place was very clean and we enjoyed each having our own bedroom. We couldn't figure out the gas freestanding stove in the living area, so instructions on that would have been helpful, but there were operating instructions for other things at the property. It was located in what I would call a country subdivision, but it was quiet and still felt very private. We didn't see or hear much from neighbors. Kitchen was fun to cook in, wifi worked well, laundry worked, beds were super comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Great stay, we really enjoyed it!!"

"We travel often and this is one of our Top 5 places we’ve stayed to date. The location is PRIME and the cabin itself is absolutely perfect. It is stocked with everything we needed for our week’s stay. The views from straight from the sofa make you want to stay right there the whole trip, but after a long day of trails and hiking, the hot tub was the real treat! The host is extremely friendly and easy to connect with for anything that’s needed. We will definitely be back to stay on our next trip next summer."

"Awesome place! Lots of room for our 17 multi-generational family. Very impressed with the property and our family loved the space and location. We had things going on both in Palmer and Wasilla through the week and we were so close to our family events. We would not hesitate to return if we have another family gathering!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It’s thoughtfully decorated in a warm Alaska style that gives it a lot of character. We especially loved the gas fireplace and the comfortable gathering area around it—it was the perfect place to relax together after a day out exploring. The views are beautiful, and the whole house felt welcoming and well cared for. Everything was great, and we would absolutely stay here again!"
