Really amazing room. My wife loves how cute the room was. Friendly and super helpful staff. Fun things to do in the little town. Just walk out your room and you are in a hallmark movie.

Such a cute and charming hotel! We absolutely loved our stay at The Cliff House. The location is perfect—you can easily walk to all the restaurants, shops, and everything downtown Manitou Springs has to offer. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

If you are booking this beautiful property ideally located in Manitou Springs, you know there is construction. The exterior is beautiful and the interior near the lobby is under construction. We were on the third floor, upgraded to a beautiful suite, and the construction did not bother us at all. The suite was beautifully appointed, with lovely amenities, including a heated bath towel bar. It also included a shower and a large bathtub. The restaurant on site served us a delicious breakfast and we paid a visit too the beautiful bar. Staff was great and we would return again if we were in the area.

Under renovation so things were a little hectic. Lobby was noisy and small. Dining room was actually the bar, being used until renovation is done. Food was excellent, and we enjoyed a classical guitarist for dinner. Water is wonderful. Great water pressure for showers. Parking is $20 per night, but you are within walking distance to everything. Free Metro Shuttle was easy to use.

A wonderful historic property. Nice restaurant and convenient bar for a beer after a hike. Staff were very helpful, in particular Kara - front desk manager. Very good location to explore the town.

One of our favorite places to stay...anywhere. The staff is always friendly and helpful - I mean that sincerely. They are great. The hotel is currently undergoing a complete renovation, and yet there isn't much in the way of inconvenience. What they need somewhere...a ramp to assist with luggage. Maybe they'll install one during the reno.

It is not new or modern, but we didn't expect that and, in fact, were looking for antique charm, which this is! Centrally located in Manitou Springs historic distric, so walking around all the shops and restaurants was super easy. We used the valet, so parking wasn't even a consideration or issue--again, super easy and worth the money. Lovely stay for an overnight or quick weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful experience at The Cliff House at Pikes Peak! From the moment we arrived, the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, with so much charm and character throughout. The location was perfect! We loved being able to easily enjoy the local downtown shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Beautiful hotel, great location, and outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Cliff House at Pikes Peak to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely Hotel in Manitou Springs currently undergoing a major renovation, The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The air conditioning in our room was exceptionally noisy so we had to leave it off.
