About this property

Lakefront duplex property, nicely finished. 2 bedroom and queen size hide-a-bed.

  • Lakefront property. You will enjoy a full bathroom with a very large shower, pantry, laundry room, and beautiful views of Burgess Lake Reservoir. Our favorite area is the large patio with a double swing in which we relax and take in all of the views of the mountain. Walkout lower level 2 bedroom with queen size hide-a-bed in the main living area. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed.
    The HOA has restricted water activities and fishing to residents only. There are several reservoirs within a few miles that allow these activities. 3 day minimum stay.
