Inside, the living room provides a cozy atmosphere with an electric fireplace, a Somette Tucson futon, and a dining table ideal for two. For entertainment, enjoy a selection of games, books, and a 42" Smart Fire TV. The bedroom features a 10-inch Green Tea Memory Foam Queen-Size Mattress and blackout shades, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.

Located just five minutes from the local dining and amenities in Divide, and within a 15-minute drive to the charming mountain towns of Woodland Park and Florissant, this chalet offers easy access to both local conveniences and outdoor activities. Cripple Creek, with its many attractions, is about 25 minutes away, adding even more adventure to your stay.

Please note that the driveway is steep, typical of mountain terrain. A 4WD vehicle is necessary for access in the winter months, and is generally recommended year-round.
