Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district. Enjoy your own private entrance and a shared backyard. If you are traveling with a larger group, we also have another listing where you can rent both units together.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.
If you are not able to rent a car or drive then do no worry! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.
***PLEASE NOTE*** You are renting the lower level unit of a duplex property. This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main level suite and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this unit.
For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $75 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum $500 fine.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
