"We chose this cabin for our Grand Lake stay after spending a few days hiking to many gorgeous lakes in the east (Estes Park) side of Rocky Mountain National Park. This cabin is in an awesome location just outside the west side of RMNP.Scott is an excellent and caring host, who helped a lot when we had questions about the cabin. I was impressed by how invested he is in making sure our stay was all we hoped it to be. It is in a private community that feels like a summer camp. It was so peaceful to walk around, especially down to the private lake at sunset. (Just note that renters aren't allowed to boat on it.) We loved seeing deer outside the cabin. And the extra touch of hummingbird feeders in the windows means you get a front seat to watch those delicate birds. The cabin was well stocked so we could prepare food there; we did need to drive 20 minutes to nearby Granby to find a bigger (kroger) grocery store. Since we'd brought paddleboards, we explored the area and found that (we think) the best place to paddleboard is Monarch Lake. It's truly a beautiful picturesque lake down a dirt road across Lake Granby. You can fish there are well. We went there in the late afternoon after the crowds had left. You could paddleboard on the other bigger lakes in the area too, but we like being away from motor boats that frequent those lakes. We tried Willow Creek reservoir as well. It's in a burn out zone from fires a few years back, so it wasn't very pretty, but it wasn't crowded."

"Beautiful cabin!! Great fenced in yard for our dog, cute gift basket for our pup upon arrival with treats he enjoyed, and very clean space! The views from the property were amazing and we very much enjoyed our time at this cabin! Many memories made and we will be looking to book this place again in the future!!"

"The main floor of the cabin was awesome. Amazing kitchen, expansive deck with great views. We had moose visit twice! The downstairs was a bit snug. We didn’t read carefully to see that there was only 1 shower. That, and the two double beds, made it tight for our tall family of 7. Regardless, we had a wonderful visit to Grand Lake."
